Can I reschedule my movement after I have paid the token amount?
You can reschedule your movement by informing your dedicated move manager whose details are included in the confirmation email. Your move manager will reschedule the movement based on the availability of slots. However it is always recommended that you provide us with at least a 24 hour notification
Why are weekend and month-end prices different?
The moving price is calculated based on the availability of slots, labour and transport. Since there is high demand for movers and packers during weekends and month-ends, there is mostly shortage of container trucks and man power. As a result, prices on these days are usually higher compared to the rest of the days
